Our Skokie Outpatient program provides substance use disorder and co-occurring treatment evenings Monday through Thursday from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm and has make-up groups Fridays from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Weekly family support groups are on Saturdays. We utilize both individual and group therapy for a full, rich treatment experience, as well as appropriate medications if needed. Our licensed and credentialed staff are at the LCSW and Masters LSW levels. We utilize our medical and psychiatric staff for all medical and psychiatric conditions as well as our Medically Assisted Treatment Program (MAT). We offer Virtual Outpatient as well from this location.
Conveniently located at 4028 W. Dempster close to the corner of N. Crawford Avenue, and just a few minutes’ drive from 94.
We have a clinically licensed LCSW clinical supervisor doing one group and a Master’s level LSW doing the other evening groups. Dr. Rafeyan is our medical director and we work with community-based physicians and psychiatrists for MAT and mental health psychotropic medication needs for clients.
