This session will equip substance use and mental health counselors with comprehensive knowledge of the biological, psychosocial, and social aspects of addiction and identify effective tools and interventions to elicit positive behavior changes. The presentation will take a comprehensive approach to learning how patients develop substance use disorders and the resulting behaviors.
