Our Skokie Outpatient program provides substance use disorder and co-occurring treatment evenings Monday through Thursday from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm and has make-up groups Fridays from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm. We have a clinically licensed LCSW clinical supervisor doing one group and a Master’s level LSW doing the other evening groups. Dr. Rafeyan is our medical director and we work with community-based physicians and psychiatrists for MAT and mental health psychotropic medication needs for patients.
