Employees in the Administrative Division provide critical support to Gateway’s operations. They provide human resource, finance and IS expertise, enabling our organization to grow and deliver critical services within our communities.




Gateway treatment centers help people who are struggling with substance use disorders get their lives on track and reunite with their loved ones. Our clinical teams consist of certified alcohol and drug counselors (CADCs) and registered nurses (RNs) as well as licensed staff such as nurses (LPNs) professional counselors (LPCs), clinical counselors (LCPCs) and social workers (LSWs) and expert psychiatrists and nurses. Our Community Division offers treatment locations throughout Illinois and Delaware. Treatment in California is available through our affiliate, Beacon House.




Gateway’s Corrections Division is dedicated to reducing recidivism and to helping justice involved individuals rebuild their lives. We operate in-custody residential and outpatient programs as well as community corrections programs in six states. Our direct service teams consist of peer support specialists, case managers, direct care managers, certified and non-certified alcohol and drug counselors, nurses, licensed professionals such as professional counselors (LPCs), clinical counselors (LCPCs) and social workers (LSWs).
