COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS

Each year Gateway treats more than 14,000 clients in community-based programs.

Families, social service agencies, parole and probation officers, judges and caseworkers refer their clients to Gateway because they know that Gateway’s successful treatment models combined with its highly trained staff yield the best results. Gateway’s goals are simple: to help clients achieve and maintain a life of sobriety and to become productive citizens in the community.

Gateway is one of the largest and most experienced treatment providers in the nation and employs a diverse, loyal and highly trained staff. Gateway staff work and live in the communities they serve. Gateway runs community-based programs in Illinois, Delaware and Texas.

Gateway and independent studies have proven that treatment does not have to be voluntary to be effective and in partnership with various government agencies serves thousands of clients mandated to treatment by criminal justice, child welfare, and welfare systems.
